What is “Grind and Seal” ?

Grind and seal is a budget-friendly alternative to mechanically polished concrete (MPC). The concrete is ground to remove any surface contaminants.  We grind it back to what the industry calls “Salt and Pepper”. We seal your floors with either water-based, polyurethane, or acrylic sealers depending on your desired result. The sealer will give your concrete floor a matt, low sheen or high sheen appearance. These systems preserve the concrete for many years.
